Please read these terms carefully before using our services.
- 1Standard time for dry clean (pickup to delivery) is 4–6 days, this may vary during seasonal load time or on an item to item basis.
- 2Urgent delivery is not available before weekly offs & public holidays.
- 3Customers are requested to examine garments at the time of handover and delivery.
- 4Cleanodry is not responsible for fastness / running of colour / shrinkage / damage to embellishments / embroidery work on the garments during process.
- 5Every effort is made to remove stains, but Cleanodry will not be responsible for removal of stubborn and hard stains or stains where there is a chance of damage during treatment.
- 6All articles are accepted at customer's risk.
- 7We accept no liability for any loss or damage of the clothes arising due to fire, burglary etc.
- 8Please note that we will not be responsible for the upkeep of the garments, if the garments are not collected within 15 days from the date of scheduled delivery.
- 9The tariff of items will be decided on a case to case basis depending on the complexity of the garments or accessories.
- 10The cleaning of the garments will be undertaken in the manner that our technicians deem fit. The various cleaning methods deployed by us will vary from Wash in Detergent / Emulsifier / and Softeners, Soft wash for delicate garments, Technologies like Lagoon, Hydrocarbon, etc.
- 11In case of damage or loss of items during processing, maximum compensation liability is limited to 10 times of the service charge of that particular item (post discount) as per the invoice. However, it is applicable only for the orders for which payment is made. In case of refund, the item under dispute will be confiscated by the company.
- 12All damages, loss or quality issue must be reported within 2 days of delivery. Any complaints received after 2 days of delivery will be null and void and will not be considered for any claim or reprocessing.
- 13All disputes are subject to Noida, Uttar Pradesh jurisdiction only.
