Delete Your Cleanodry Account

At Cleanodry Solutions Pvt Ltd, we respect your privacy and your right to control your personal information.

If you no longer wish to use the Cleanodry mobile application or your customer account, you may request deletion of your account and associated personal information.

What Will Be Deleted

After your request is processed, we will delete or anonymize, where applicable:

2. 2Profile information
3. 3Mobile number association
4. 4Saved addresses
5. 5Notification preferences
6. 6App authentication/session information
7. 7Other personal information that is no longer required

What May Be Retained

Certain information may be retained where required for:

1. 1Completed orders
2. 2Invoices
3. 3Payment records
4. 4Tax and accounting compliance
5. 5Fraud prevention
6. 6Legal or regulatory obligations

Retained information will only be kept for the period required by applicable laws and business requirements.

How To Request Account Deletion

Please send your account deletion request using any one of the following methods:

Include: Registered Mobile Number, Customer Name, and Store Name (if known).

Processing Time

Most account deletion requests are processed within 7 business days after successful identity verification.

If additional verification is required, we may contact you before processing the request.

Important Information

Deleting your account is permanent.

After deletion, you may lose access to your order history. Saved addresses and preferences may be removed. Some historical order or invoice records may still be retained where required by law.
